The Train SGS Coach-in-Training (CIT) Program gives motivated teen athletes the opportunity to develop leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills while gaining hands-on experience working with younger players.
Designed for athletes ages 13–17, the program teaches participants how to lead age-appropriate training sessions, communicate effectively with young athletes, and build confidence as future coaches and leaders.
This program benefits both sides: younger players receive more individualized attention, while teen coaches gain valuable leadership experience, real-world job skills, and mentorship opportunities.
Exceptional CIT coaches may be offered paid coaching opportunities as positions become available.
